Don’t you love it when folks say they’re just waiting on the Lord to drop success in their laps. I hate to be the bearer of hard news, but the Lord seldom gives what isn’t earned. It’s because there is so much to learn in the process. God would be doing us a disservice to allow everything to come easy. The above proverb is awesome! It gives a total business outline. First, do your homework. What does the field you are going into require (materials, funds, employees, advertising, etc.)? When things rise up that you weren’t counting on, common sense will help you keep a cool head so you can figure out solutions. Your business will continue to grow if you’ll do continuing ed or at least keep your hand on the pulse of your field.
PRAYER: Lord, help me in my business or to be an asset to my employer. Holy Spirit lead me, give me direction and keep me from time wasters and unproductive areas. Thank You for all of the help and favor You have always been so faithful to give. I appreciate You Lord. It’s in Your name I pray, amen. |
