II Chronicles 35:1-36:23, I Corinthians 1:1-17, Psalm 27:1-6, Proverbs 20:20-21
“The one thing I want from God, the thing I seek most of all, is the privilege of meditating in His temple, living in His presence every day of my life, in His incomparable perfections and glory. There I’ll be when troubles come. He will hide me. He will set me on a high rock out of reach of all my enemies. Then I will bring Him sacrifices and sing His praises with much joy.” Psalm 27:4-6
How exciting to practice the Presence of God, to experience Him every day. There is absolutely nothing better. If you don’t understand or know how to get to this place, I want to encourage you to talk with God. Tell Him you absolutely adore Him and want to know Him on a deeper level. Sincerely surrender yourself to Him and allow Him to bring you to a new place. If you will do this and if you will learn of Him in the Bible and in prayer, you will be so surprised at how often you experience His presence. It is His good pleasure to reveal Himself to you.
PRAYER: Lord, I am asking you to be real to me. Give me a desire to know and serve You. I believe a personal relationship is Your heart’s desire as well, so I am opening my eyes wide so that I don’t miss You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
