“Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, so shall your seed be.” (Romans 4:18)
Here’s the situation. Abraham has been promised by God that all families of the earth would be blessed in him. This is in reference to the promised son (Isaac) that would come from him. Now Abraham is one hundred and Sarah ninety. They have passed the child bearing years. The Bible says Abraham hoped against hope and it was accounted to him as righteousness. God now turns to us and says all that believe in Him like Abraham did are the sons of Abraham and heirs with him of all the precious promises that were given to Abraham. (Romans 4:23-24)
I don’t know what you are facing or what you are up against? I know God is in the miracle business and He will come through for you as you trust Him and put faith in Him. As you believe God like Abraham did, you will see God’s promise come to pass. He supernaturally shows up and deals with relationships, situations, enemies and finances. Just think, he nor his wife could have children, but Abraham hoped against hope. As a result, Sarah got pregnant, and Isaac was born. Humanly impossible, but faith in God produced miracle power and their lives were forever changed.
As you believe God, even hoping against hope, God is going to prove how great He is. Your life will never be the same again. In fact, like their barrenness, what you are facing and hating will be one of the best things that ever happens to you.
PRAYER:
God I am believing You for a miracle even as Abraham believed You. Let my faith in You release Your power to move on my behalf as I keep my eyes on You Lord and not my circumstances. I thank you that everything is going to be alright, and You are in perfect control of my life. Today I give you glory as I pray in the name of Jesus. |
