| Leviticus 6:1-7:27; Psalm 37:1-11; Proverbs 10:3-4; Mark 3:7-30
God tells Moses, “The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar, it shall NEVER GO OUT.” (Leviticus 6:13) The fire was a symbol of the never ceasing worship that God required of His people Israel. God is telling us that He wants us to stay stirred up for Him and His glory. Don’t ever let the fire of the Holy Spirit die in your heart. Maybe God needs to revive you and restore the joy of His salvation in your life. If you will allow the wind of God to blow on the coals of your heart, the fire of God will start to burn again.
Remember, the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. What God has called you to do and given you gifts to do; He will not change His mind about. Encourage yourself that everything is going to be alright. God is in control, allow Him first place in your life. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all of His righteousness and everything else will be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33) Let His fire burn in your spirit.
PRAYER:
God, I worship You and give You all glory, honor and praise. Lord, take Your fire and cause a Holy Spirit explosion in my life. Give me a fiery passion and let it burn before the whole world. I choose to never let Your fire burn out in my life. I pray for others in my path, that You God will cause them to blaze because of my life. This I pray in the mighty name of Jesus, amen. |
